Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we will help make it easy.

Return Window and Condition

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Free Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? Your first exchange per order is free. We cover the shipping on that first exchange. Additional exchanges on the same order may incur shipping costs.

Return Shipping and Costs

For damaged or defective items, there is no cost to the customer.

For all other returns—such as change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or purchasing the incorrect item—the cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and returns must be dropped off with the carrier within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and your order number so we can assist right away.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at support@blackthesis.com to provide proper packing instructions and the correct return address. Please provide your order number and tell us whether you need a return or an exchange.

All returns must include a tracking number. This allows us to match your return to your order quickly, locate packages with the carrier, and process your refund faster.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons and cannot be returned. Any non-returnable items will be clearly noted on the product page.
