Shipping policy

Black Thesis ships across the United States. The details below explain our processing times, delivery windows, costs, carriers, and responsibilities.

Order Processing

• We ship within the United States only.

• Order cut off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day

• Processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to carrier or address restrictions, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.

Delivery Times

All timelines are shown in business days and may vary due to carrier capacity and local holidays. Estimates begin after your order has shipped.

• Transit time within: 3–9 business days

• Total delivery time (processing + transit): 4–12 business days

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on orders $60+
  Applies to the order subtotal after discounts 

• Flat-rate standard shipping: $4.99 on orders under $60.

• Rates above apply to standard service within the U.S.

• Any expedited options (if available) will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. Your package may ship via:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

• DHL for select routes

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes tracking. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking to begin updating.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@blackthesis.com with your order number. We will open a case with the carrier and assist in locating or replacing your order.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Black Thesis is not responsible for deliveries made to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
